***Please note that UPS does not count the day an item is shipped, weekends or holidays as shipping days and does not deliver on Saturdays without a surcharge and special arrangements (e-mail us at customerservice@timelesscrystalsofeurope.com if Saturday delivery is needed).

EXAMPLE: an item ordered on Tuesday with UPS 3rd Day Select shipping option will be shipped on Wednesday (24 hours processing time) and delivered the following Monday. Since Wednesday (the shipping day) is not counted, nor are Saturday and Sunday, the three shipping days in this example are Thursday, Friday and Monday (the delivery day).

HOLIDAY NOTICE:

During the holidays we experience an increase in order volume. Please place your order in advance to receive it on time. As of December 10th, no GROUND orders are guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. Please consider other Shipping Methods.

Delivery Confirmation:

In the normal course of business, UPS delivers most packages without obtaining a signature. Crystals are considered high value items and Timeless Crystals of Europe offers Signature Required UPS option. UPS charges us for Signature Delivery, but we provide this valuable option free of charge to our customers.

In case the ordered product arrives damaged, please do the following:

1. Do not open a box if you hear broken glass.
2. If you see or hear broken glass upon opening, please do not open it further.
3. Please do not touch broken glass!
4. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT THAT ARRIVES DAMAGED. The carrier's claims adjustor must see it first.
5. Contact us immediately at customerservice@timelesscrystalsofeurope.com for further instructions.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return it within 30 days for a FULL refund:

1. Do not send item(s) back without the proper return address which will be provided upon authorization.
2. Contact us at customerservice@timelesscrystalsofeurope.com for the appropriate return authorization.
3. All merchandise must be returned in ‘store bought condition’ (without damage or use) in its original shipping packaging with all accessories that accompanied the original shipment.
4. Be sure to enclose a copy of the original sales receipt.
5. Return the product via UPS carrier prepaid, insured and ‘signature required‘. We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured or lost packages. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable.
6. We will promptly refund your purchase price for the item(s) within 2-3 days of receiving them back.
